Scholarships available for Spring 2011

Students planning to enroll in spring classes at Central Wyoming College have until Dec. 10, 2010 to apply for general academic scholarships.
To qualify for the scholarships, funded by the CWC Foundation, students must have a minimum 2.0 grade point average, complete a scholarship application, and enroll for a minimum of six credits for the part-time award or enroll for 12 credits to earn a full-time scholarship.
The spring scholarship application can be downloaded.

Also available this spring is the First Class Stipend. It is a “one time” incentive available to any student who has not been enrolled at CWC in the 2010 fall semester or during the past 2009-10 academic year and is not a current high school graduate.  The award pays $50 per credit for up to five credits for one course. The First Class application  deadline is Jan. 10. The stipend cannot be combined with other institutional for federal aid and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
