The Northern Arapahoe Preservation Society is hosting a reading, slide show and book signing of the new book "Wyoming's Red Desert: A Photographic Journey" on Friday, Oct. 22 at 5 p.m. at the Intertribal Education and Community Center, room 125, at Central Wyoming College.
Editor Erik Molvar presents a photographic tour of some of the Red Desert's wildest and most spectacular landscapes. The slide show and book features prominent Red Desert landscapes like Adobe Town, the Jack Morrow Hills, and the Killpecker Dunes, as well as wildlife and cultural features of the area.
