Guest speaker Sara Robinson

Former Shoshone Business Council member and attorney Sara Robinson is the next guest speaker for Central Wyoming College’s Intertribal Education and Community Center Speaker Series scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 4 at 3 p.m. in the CWC Little Theatre.
Robinson, a CWC alumna who earned an elementary education and law degree from the University of Wyoming, speaks on the legal history of the Wind River Indian Reservation.  Robinson is the second of the diversity speakers from the spring series. CWC Diversity Committee chair Sergio Maldonado said the series continues with presentations scheduled in March and April. The series is capped off by a powwow set for Saturday, May 1, which is the Wyoming American Indian Day.

The presentations are free and the public is encouraged to attend.
