Former CWC President, Dr. Bill Day, is among those in the 300th Armored Field Artillery Battalion, Wyoming National Guard, scheduled to receive the Presidential Citation on Saturday, March 12, at 10 a.m. at the VFW Post in Riverton for extraordinary heroism against enemy aggressors during the Korean War.
