Starting on Monday, Nov 1, when you first login to myCENTRAL you will be asked to enter three questions/answers:
· You may enter any question/answer of your choice – there are no restrictions
· Once entered, you will not be asked again at subsequent logins
· Current students will NOT be asked to change your existing password
· You may change your questions/answers at any time from within myCENTRAL
These questions/answers will be used should you forget your password and seek to automatically reset it. We believe this new system will be much easier for you to use into the future, and is more compliant with Federal privacy regulations.

We do not anticipate that there will be any difficulties with this process. Many will have done something similar for other online services to which you subscribe (eBanking, GoogleMail, etc). We estimate that the process should take less than five minutes.
