New CWC Band Director

Jason Ogg, a 2000 graduate of Riverton High School has returned home to take over Central Wyoming College’s instrumental music program.  Ogg has replaced Andy Peeks, who took a job in Georgia.  We're excited to have Jason and look forward to an exciting music season!

Dr. Waheed retires

Retiring as Vice President for Student Services, Mohammed Waheed, has always focused on student success.

“I have always had an open door policy with our students, and have assisted them in all aspects of their lives, giving them the tools necessary to overcome personal crises and challenges,” he said. “It has been such a blessing to know that I have been able to help so many of our students rise above their issues and succeed in their chosen paths.”

This is a great way to network, find your way around campus, and make new friendships that last a lifetime. Best of all, when classes begin— you're all settled and ready to start.

Classes being September 4

I’m sure you are thinking, “Summer just was not long enough!” and I totally agree!  Sad to say classes begin September 4th so be sure you are ready to begin the semester. Some things to think about:

Are you registered for all your classes?  If not, call Admissions 307.855.2119

Is your financial aid in order? If unsure call the Financial Aid office 307.855.2274
